DELJIS Systems
The Delaware Criminal Justice Information System (DELJIS) serves as the central state agency tasked with the efficient and reliable development, operation, and maintenance of the hardware, software, network, and database infrastructure that constitute the Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS).

| LEISS | A client/server PC based system which provides electronic capture of incident data and prints a completed incident report. |
| Automated Warrant & Arrest System | A law enforcement application designed to provide electronic capture of warrant data and print a completed warrant document. |
| General Case Tracking | An application designed to provide the Department of Justice with the ability to track cases throughout the prosecutorial phase. |
| Defender Case Tracking | This application provides the Public Defender's Office with inquiry and update routines into pending cases which may qualify for Public Defender assistance. |
| Justice of the Peace Case Management | A comprehensive court management system which provides Justice of the Peace Courts with all aspects of managing case load from intake through financial management of fines and disbursements. |
| Dept of Correction Offender Tracking Information | A population management system that interfaces with the DOC DACXS system for all offenders sentenced to the custody of the Department of Correction. |
| Voluntary Assessment Center | A sub-system of the Justice of the Peace Court Case Management system, designed to accommodate a central Delaware office where all qualifying traffic tickets are quickly and efficiently managed for payment, receipt or transferred to another Court for arraignment and trial. |
| Police Scheduling System | An online automated scheduling module that interfaces with the Justice of the Peace Court Case Management scheduling police schedules, thereby ensuring that the police officers are available when the cases are scheduled reducing overtime and staffing concerns. |
| DELJIS Web Application | An Intranet accessible version of Charge Summary, which includes links to warrant documents, police complaints, offender profiles, offender mugshots and DMV photos. |
| Law File Maintenance | An online system for delivering the latest law file updates to the law enforcement community. |
| Sex Offender Registration | An online registration system for registering convicted individuals in and out of the State of Delaware. Pertinent data from this file subsequently links to the State Notification System and the Sex Offender Public website. |
| Electronic Red Light Safety Program | An automated process of delivering red light violations, appeals and scheduling to the courts. |
| Family Court Case Management Financial System | A financial management component of the DELJIS sytem that provides for the tracking of financial matters with the Court of Common Pleas. This system allows for an automated link to the Wanted Person file and DMV if financial obligations are not met. |
| Wanted Persons File | An intergrated file containing wanted and missing individuals. |
| Protection From Abuse | A system that provides Law Enforcement with an on-line, realtime view of Protection From Abuse orders with all relevant details issued by the Family Court of the State of Delaware. |
| Law File | A detailed listing of all statutory references for which an individual can be charged. This law file contains not only the statutory reference but applicable fines, court of jurisidiction and other related triggering fields addressing intake functions and charging texts for warrant selection. |
